Experience and Career

Background and experience accumulated for nearly 40 years in various areas of legal practice and 6 continuous years as Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Panama.

Dr. Hoyos is a prominent lawyer and international jurist: he acts before the courts in Panama and abroad, and his works, published in 12 countries, are cited by several Latin American Supreme Courts.
